Presenter Guidelines

We are looking for classroom and school-based presentations that highlight research-driven, best-practice instructional strategies. Proposals will be evaluated on:

  • Clarity and professionalism of writing
  • Relevance and alignment with the intended audience
  • Incorporation of a research-based component
  • Overall quality and impact of the proposal
  • Regional Manager recommendation (for SUFS-affiliated schools)

For non-classroom-based or organizational presentations, proposals should align with best business practices and/or support the educational choice movement at a local or national level.

Presentation Logistics

  • Sessions will be 55 minutes in length.
  • Presenters must bring their own laptops and handouts (if applicable).
  • All presentations can be uploaded to the Whova event app.
  • Each room will be equipped with:
    • Ample seating
    • A session facilitator
    • TV display with HDMI connection and tech support

 

Important Dates

Proposal Deadline: Sunday, February 15, 2026 (by COB)

Notification of Acceptance: No later than Tuesday, March 31, 2026

Application Submission: All proposals must be submitted through our online portal.
