Presenter Guidelines

We are looking for classroom and school-based presentations that highlight research-driven, best-practice instructional strategies. Proposals will be evaluated on:

Clarity and professionalism of writing
Relevance and alignment with the intended audience
Incorporation of a research-based component
Overall quality and impact of the proposal
Regional Manager recommendation (for SUFS-affiliated schools)

For non-classroom-based or organizational presentations, proposals should align with best business practices and/or support the educational choice movement at a local or national level.

Presentation Logistics

Sessions will be 55 minutes in length.
Presenters must bring their own laptops and handouts (if applicable).
All presentations can be uploaded to the Whova event app.
Each room will be equipped with:
- Ample seating
- A session facilitator
- TV display with HDMI connection and tech support

Important Dates

Proposal Deadline: Sunday, February 15, 2026 (by COB)

Notification of Acceptance: No later than Tuesday, March 31, 2026

Application Submission: All proposals must be submitted through our online portal.
